Things I have learned

*Yogurt in the morning, will solve most stomach problems.
*Green tea is all the caffeine you need.
*Do some type of workout everyday. Go hiking, take a dance class, yoga, anything. Just get out there and get your body moving—you’ll feel much better than you did before.
*I know that chocolate is not a replacement of sex, but it sure does help.
*Eat colorful. What I mean is, make sure you have your fruits, your veggies, and your proteins. The more color the more vitamins. (This does not apply to candy)
*Once a month, treat yourself to a “no pants day.” This day entails some planning where you have to stock up on all the foods you might need for a day. Take the pants off, and don’t leave the house!
*Wear shoes that are too high, very uncomfortable, but absolutely fabulous.
*Wear lingerie—not for a lover, but for yourself.
*Watch movies that make you cry hysterically just so you can let it all out.
*If you need to scream—scream, who cares if people think you’re crazy.
*When you put your feelings out there, be honest, be blunt, and tell the whole truth. If it is not returned then be classy, short, and get off the phone IMMEDIATELY. Curse, cry, and bitch to your friends. Because he deserved to know how you felt, but he doesn’t deserve to know how he has effected you.
*If you have a bad day, sometimes a glass of wine does really make everything better.
*Make decisions based around yourself—no one else. (This one is very important)
*Keep souvenirs & photos…then make a scrapbook so you can show it to your grandkids one day.
*Fall in love.
*Believe in Magic.
*Take risks.
*Be kind, be courteous, be yourself.
