The first concept restaurant created by Dolce&Gabbana. Gold is an upbeat, sunny colour, the colour of energy, luxury and a new dolce vita, signifying a taste for beauty and for sensual pleasure.

Boasting a coffee room, cocktail bar, bistro and restaurant, the Gold restaurant's decor is insane. I find it a bit amusing how they stated the reasoning behind the Gold theme as "sunny colour, the color of energy"....really? I don't quite associate those characteristics with the color gold, however, the restaurant looks spiffy to me, and with so much decadence and a menu serving international cuisine: I'd have to agree that I'd never be too tired to wine and dine there.
