One of me & my girl Jenn's favorite pastimes would have to be sitting in the living room sharing our new favorite songs. Today was no different, she played Ne-yo's new song Out of my League. Upon listening to the lyrics we came to the conclusion that Ne-yo is either gay, bisexual, or was writing this song for another artist. AFTER thinking this all day I researched it a bit more and apparently this song is about himself in the third person. Personally...it's weird.

What Makes Me Feel Better..

Really bad days at work encourage "retail therapy" and it sure doesn't help when you work in none other than: retail. These are my doctor's orders...Miu Miu's on left, Gucci's on right. As of tomorrow thanks to my good ol' retail discount, I plan to follow the prescription accordingly.

Ok, so we can all agree that Katt Williams brings up a valid point. There are many men that have been dumped due to their 2% inefficiencies; whether it be he forgot your b-day, the anniversary, was bad at returning calls....I mean we're not talking the major stuff..i.e. cheating, lying (now thats a big 2%!) The point is - It's always going to be a love/hate thing. Many of my girls have been having "man problems" lately...and as much as we despise men at certain points...I have to remind them that the other sex despises us too.(duh) I mean, how can they not be mad that they will never be one step ahead of our complexities? Ha, okay the moral of my story is..-->if you can't beat em join 'em<--..Im all for a little venting..but I'll step up to the plate and say I also love 'em.  You wont find a 100% man...but you will find a 98% man you love and you will work around 2% of whatever he lacks..and if it doesn't work ---> Replace 'em. xo

It was a weird day...

Bare with me, I've been out of a camera for a bit so my phone has been filling in.
It started off when a friend & I went shopping, we passed by Anthropologie, and their display caught my eye, but not in a good way. I thought it was tacky, & confusing as to why they would make a skirt out of wood and put it on their mannequin

Leaving marin we had to go the gas station. OK...let's take a moment to see that they were selling FAKE LOUIS VUITTON bags in a GAS STATION in MARIN. I could hardly believe it.

We decided to go out and meet with friends at various places. After searching for parking endlessly we found a space, and i looked up and saw this spray painted on the alley wall. I thought it was beautiful. It could have been my love for graffiti but I think it was the words that I loved.

There's a reason why I don't have cable in my house. One I don't have time to watch t.v., and two I don't like to get addicted to shows, and three there is mostly junk on t.v. UNTIL there came Entourage. It's like Sex & the City for men...and women too. I was completely hit by a bus last night when I found out it was the Season 5 finale of Entourage. Those that didn't see it, better get on their HBO onDemand. So where's the silver lining? Entourage is up for another season that will begin filming in January of 2009, and the season will premier in the summer of 2009.
